TERMS OF SERVICE
These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between customers (hereinafter referred to as customer) and the provider Woll-Lust Swiss, owner Tina Exel (hereinafter referred to as provider).
2. Conclusion of the contract
By ordering the desired products online, the customer enters into a binding acceptance of the offer, whereby the purchase contract is concluded.
The provider will confirm the order by sending the order confirmation by email within 3 working days.
Any deviations must be reported to the provider immediately in writing.
The supplier will only manufacture the product after the full invoice amount has been paid. Depending on the product, production can take 2-3 weeks. All products are unique, so delays may occur if several identical products are ordered at the same time. Upon request, the customer can find out the approximate delivery date of his order.
A longer production time does not entitle the customer to withdraw from the purchase contract.
4. Prices, terms of payment
With each update in the provider's online shop, all previous prices and other information about goods and materials become invalid.
As the raw material prices vary, there may be price differences.
The price at the time of the order is decisive for invoicing.
For deliveries within Switzerland, the shopping cart automatically shows the total price including shipping costs in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Deliveries outside of Switzerland will be billed in Swiss Francs (CHF) according to the expenditure.
PayPal, credit card payment and prepayment are available to the customer as payment options.
The provider's bank details are:
IBAN: CH87 0078 4292 9597 0200 1
Bank: Thurgauer Kantonalbank

Cash payment is possible in exceptional cases when collecting the goods. In this case, the provider reserves the right to request a deposit.
5. Terms of delivery and shipping costs
The shipping costs are based on the official postal rates of the Swiss Post (Post CH AG) and are billed to the customer.
Deliveries to Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein (FL) are made in accordance with the offer of Swiss Post (Post CH AG).
Deliveries to other European countries are made in accordance with the offer from Deutsche Post (Deutsche Post AG). In addition, there may be customs and VAT costs, which are to be borne by the customer.
A processing fee of CHF 5.00 is charged for all international mail (except FL).
In the event that the provider cannot provide the service due due to force majeure (war, natural disasters), he is released from all service obligations for the duration of the hindrance. If the hindrance lasts longer than 30 days, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without incurring costs. This does not apply to individual customer productions.
6. Right of return
The provider always strives for the highest quality and best workmanship.
Should the customer nevertheless receive incorrect or damaged products, he can of course return the delivery within 5 days (date of the postmark) after a prior written complaint stating the reason for the defect. Products that are soiled or damaged by the customer will not be reimbursed.
The customer has no right of return for custom-made products at his express request. If a customer still wants to return an article, he has to contact the supplier. The latter then decides on a possible return based on the circumstances. There is no entitlement to take back.
The customer has to bear the postage for a return himself.
Accepted returns will be rewarded with a voucher for the value of the goods minus processing costs.
7. Check upon receipt
The customer is obliged to check all items immediately upon receipt for completeness as well as damage or other defects. If he discovers a defect, this must be reported to the provider in writing immediately, but no later than 5 days after receipt of the goods. After this period, no more reports can be accepted.
The general warranty rules of Swiss law apply.
However, the provider does not offer any further guarantee.
In terms of color and size, the images may differ slightly from the delivered product, as merino wool is a natural product.
The provider can assert a defect, provided there are no grounds for exclusion. In particular, the following apply as grounds for exclusion:
Damage due to improper use, impact or fall damage, natural wear and tear, moisture damage, damage caused by external influences, modifications to the product as well as modification attempts, damage caused intentionally (list is not exhaustive).
To assert a defect, the customer contacts the provider to agree on how to proceed. If it is necessary to return the item, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
The decision to remedy the defect lies exclusively with the provider. He can offer the customer an improvement (repair) or an exchange (replacement delivery). The customer acknowledges that the provider is entitled to deliver a comparable, equivalent product as a replacement delivery.
